Matthew Ho - Co-founder and President
Matthew Ho studies cello under Dr. Clara Kim at the Juilliard Pre- College. He is a YoungArts Award Winner with Distinction in Classical Music. Matthew has performed as soloist with various ensembles including the Camerata New Jersey Orchestra, the Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra, and the New Jersey Intergenerational Orchestra, after winning their concerto competitions respectively. In addition, Matthew was a national finalist of the MTNA National Competition (as the winner of the NJ State and Eastern Division), and the alternate winner of the Juilliard Pre-College Cello Concerto Competition. Other top prizes he has won include Grand Prize in the Young Soloist International Music Competition, Grand Prize in the New York Laureate International Music Competition, Top Prize/First Prize in the International Grande Music Competition, First Prize in the Adelphi Young Artists Competition Junior Division, Grand Prize and Special Judges Award in the NLPA International Young Artists Competition, and many more. Matthew has served as principal cellist of the Juilliard Pre-College Symphony. He has attended the Morningside Music Bridge Program and the Perlman Music Program in the past summers, studying with cellists such as Laurence Lesser, Paul Katz, Zvi Plesser, Clive Greensmith, John Kadz, and Andres Diaz, Wei Yu, among others. Matthew is the founder and regional director of the Back-to-Bach Project NJ- Middlesex branch, and a member of his high school’s music volunteer group, Mockingbird Melody.

Natalie Oh - Co-founder and Vice President
Natalie is a 15 year old violinist from Oradell, New Jersey. She attends the River Dell High School and the Juilliard Pre-College. Currently, she studies with Catherine Cho and has studied with Francesca dePasquale, Ellen dePasquale, and Jungwon Yoon in the past. A precocious violinist, Natalie has won prizes in several competitions such the Chicago Violin Competition, Ensemble 212, Camerata Artists International Concerto Competition, Prima Volta Music Competition, the International Virtuoso Competition and the American Protégé International Competition. In spring 2023, Natalie’s chamber group from Juilliard played with members of the New York Philharmonic to premiere works of Thomas Flippin and will be performing again in February 2024. She also performed in many outreach chamber and orchestra concerts under the coaching of Stefan Jackiw. In addition to her solo repertoire, Natalie enjoys playing orchestral and chamber music and is a member of the Juilliard Pre-College Symphony. She has participated in master classes with Philip Setzer and in the summers, music programs and festivals such as the Kinhaven Music School and the Heifetz International Music Institute, where she attended the past 3 years.

Samuel Tatsuki - Vice President
Samuel Tatsuki was born in Los Angeles and started playing the violin at age 4 and switched to viola at age 7. He currently studies with Tatjana Masurenko at the Colburn Music Academy where he is a recipient of the Kohl Scholarship. Past teachers include Teng Li, Eddy Malave, and Michael Larco.He has won numerous prizes for his viola performance including, Southern California Viola Society Youth Competition, Bach Festival, and the Pasadena Showcase. He performs with the Evie Quartet, and has won top prizes at the Coltman Chamber Music Competition, the Enkor International Competition, and the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. He served as principal viola at the Boston University’s Tanglewood Institute’s Young Artists Orchestra, and attends the Perlman Music Program. He has performed for renowned artists which include Steve Ansel, Ben Ullery, Jessica Meyer, Midori, Philip Setzer and Lawrence Dutton.In 2021, Samuel co-founded a non-profit organization “ARCK Chamber” that connects musicians to communities that aren’t exposed to live music. Samuel enjoys listening to music, playing chamber music, and playing tennis.
